All Glory is a World Grand Champion Standardbred Roadster horse with an impressive array of USEF Horse Show Championship awards, including 12 World Championship wins since 2002.

All Glory proved that he is an iconic representation of the Standardbred type with his high-stepping knee action, athleticism, committed work ethic and amazing speed at the trot, so characteristic of the Standardbred Road horses. "Roadsters,” as they are commonly called, are the NASCAR of the show ring and are judged on their form and speed on the straightaway as well as turns. Roadsters perform with true, straight trotting action combined with presence, attitude and show horse style.

Roadster show horses are shown in three ways: under saddle, hitched to a “bike” (a small two-wheeled vehicle), and hitched to a wagon (a small fourwheeled vehicle). The Roadster Horse puts on a show as exciting as any race. Speed, heart and courage are combined with an attractive appearance, balance and show ring style. The legendary All Glory personifies the attributes of this versatile breed.

All Glory accomplished a feat that no other American Standardbred in history has achieved: He has won World Grand Championships “under saddle” with Elizabeth and “to bike” with William. At the 2007 Kentucky State Fair World Championship Horse Show, Liz and “Glory” won the World Champion Ladies’ Amateur Roadster to Bike class. Later in the week, Bill took over All Glory’s lines and drove the handsome gelding to his second World Championship title of the show, this time in the Roadster to Bike Amateur division. In 2008, All Glory won the first ever World Grand Championship title offered under saddle, where he and Liz bested a field of amateur and open horses. These titles also earned All Glory several year- end popular votes, including UPHA Amateur roadster Roadster to Bike Horse of the Year.

All Glory is not the Shatners’ only foray into the equestrian show world. They have long been involved in horses, both with reining horses and champion Saddlebreds and Standardbreds. Elizabeth Shatner is an avid equestrienne who holds numerous USEF senior judging cards and is on the ASHA select committee for the 2010 World Equestrian Games as well as on the 2010 Games advisory board. William has been a horse lover, breeder, competitor and philanthropist for decades. Together, this husband and wife team own and show a stable of prestigious American Saddlebreds, American Standardsbreds and American Quarter Horses.

This passion for horses has inspired one of their favorite projects, the Hollywood Charity Horse Show (HCHS). This incredible horse show event, started by Bill over 20 years ago, has raised millions of dollars for charities including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Starlight Children’s Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and AHEAD With Horses. The HCHS garners national press coverage and features world-class reining horses and riders along with fabulous equine entertainment and headline musical performers.
