1.How do I place an order?
Horses can be purchase by phone or through our Online Store.
In
the continental United States and Canada, call toll free at 1-888-828-1352 or
anywhere else 1-(937)-828-1352. Our office hours are
10:00AM - 5:00 PM
EST Monday- Friday (Our Office is Closed on Saturdays & Sundays), or write us at the address below (Please call first for
availability). We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express, with same day
shipping if the order is received before 1:00pm EST. Money orders also
shipped the same day received. Personal checks are not accepted. Orders received will be held for only
seven days if payment does not arrive they will be put back into
stock.
2. When will my Order be Shipped?
Walkabout Farm ships out orders received by 1pm Eastern
Standard Time (10am Pacific) the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST
will be shipped out the next day. Money orders also shipped the same day
received.
3.How much is shipping (UPS Ground Service)?
Walkabout Farm ships all of it domestic packages through UPS
Ground Service. All of our packages are fully insured. Shipping
charges (UPS Ground Service) for the Continental USA are included for
orders over $65.00. Orders $65.00 and below have a $10.00 shipping charge.
Shipping charges are non refundable and Shipping Charges for "Shipping Included
Orders" will be subtracted from all returns. Some itms may have the shipping charges included in their
price, these items are marked as such.
4. What are the Express Shipping Charges?-
Walkabout Farm charges exact shipping rates for our Express Services. UPS
Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select Services are available.

5. What are our International Shipping
Charges?
Walkabout Farm charges exact shipping charges for
its international charges. International Shipping charges vary by where
the package is being shipped to. Email us at customerservice@walkaboutfarm.com
for an estimate on shipping to your location. Walkabout Farm ships its
international packages through the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com). All
packages are fully insured.
6. What is Walkabout Farm's Return and
Exchange Policy?
If there are any problems with your order or if
you wish return part or all of your order, you must call Walkabout Farm at
1-888-828-1352 within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will be happy answer any questions that you may have.
Please have your receipt with you when you call. Shipping
charges are not refundable. Walkabout
Farm accepts returns for any reason with a restocking fee of $5.00 per item as long as the
following conditions can be met:
Returns
are only accepted under these conditions:
Vintage: All Vintage Horses must have original tags intact.
Walkabout Farm will not accept any returns on any Vintage Horses that have had the tags
removed.
New
in Box Items: Horses
must still be attached to the inside carton with original straps intact.
Horses removed from the carton will not be accepted for Return.
Items must be sealed with original seals.
Damaged
Horses: Horses and items that have been
damaged in transit and have been opened will be exchanged only.
7.Can I reserve an item that is out of stock
or not yet released?
Walkabout Farm does reserve some items
that have yet to be released or that are out of stock . We take No Money in advance and take only your name and phone
number. We place you on a list which guarantee's you the items that you
have reserved. You are under no obligation to purchase what you have put
on reserve. When the items come into stock, we will call you at that time
to take payment information if you still wish to purchase an item. Call

to reserve your item today.
8. How can I check the status of my Order?
Walkabout Farm will be happy to email you the UPS tracking
number of any order placed with us. Email us at customerservice@walkaboutfarm.com
for this information. Please include your name, the date that you placed
the order, and the Order Number (if ordered online).

10. Will I be Charged Sales Tax?
Sales Tax will only be charged if your order is
being to shipped to the State of Ohio. Otherwise, no sales tax will be
charged. Sales Tax for the State of Ohio is 6.5%.
